If so, it is possible that you may be experiencing a browser related issue when attempting to log-in to the referral site. (i.e if you attempt to login and are brought back to the original company login site without an error message appearing)

We suggest that all RolePoint users utilize the latest version of Google Chrome (preferred), Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. It is also recommended that all users clear their browser's cache (link), and attempt to login to the referral site once more.
